At Manny Eats, we design and execute complete culinary experiences for weddings where the dining is meant to be remembered — the course your guests talk about on the drive home, the late-night bite that keeps the dance floor full, the details that feel effortless because someone obsessed over them for months.

We take on a limited number of weddings each year. That's not a marketing line — it's how we protect the level of care each celebration deserves.

What "full-service" actually includes

Every wedding is built from scratch, but the foundation is the same:

A menu written for the two of you. Chef Manny designs each menu around the season, the setting, and your story — drawing on Richmond's farms and, when it fits, the bold West African flavors that shaped his cooking. Nothing off a template.

A private tasting. Before anything is finalized, you sit down and taste it. We refine from there until it's right.

Complete staffing and service. Chefs, bartenders, servers, and a service lead who runs the evening so smoothly you'll forget there's an operation behind it. Glasses stay full. Timing stays invisible.

Coordination with your team. We work hand-in-hand with your planner, venue, and designers so the dining experience fits the whole celebration — floor plan, timeline, rentals, and all.

A kitchen, wherever you are. Historic estate with no catering kitchen? Tented field? We bring a full working kitchen on site. Your venue choice is never limited by our logistics.

Every dietary need, handled quietly. Allergies, restrictions, and preferences are managed in advance — your guests are cared for without ever feeling singled out.

How it works

1 — Inquire. Share your date, venue, and vision. If we have the date and we're the right fit, we'll schedule an introductory call.

2 — Consultation. A relaxed conversation about how you want the day to feel — the food you love, the moments that matter, the guest experience you're imagining.

3 — Proposal & tasting. You'll receive a custom proposal. Once we're aligned on direction, we host your private tasting and refine every detail together.

4 — Your wedding. Our team arrives early, executes precisely, and disappears gracefully. You host. We handle everything else.

The investment

Full-service wedding experiences with Manny Eats typically begin at $35,000.

Final investment depends on guest count, service style, venue logistics, and overall scope. It reflects what a wedding at this level truly requires: months of planning, a custom menu, a full professional team, and flawless execution on the one day that can't be redone.

Questions couples ask us

How far in advance should we reach out? Most couples book 9–14 months ahead. Because we take a limited number of weddings each year, popular dates go early — if you have a date in mind, it's never too soon to ask.

Do you travel outside Richmond? Yes. We serve weddings throughout Virginia and will travel beyond for the right celebration. Travel logistics are built into your proposal.

Our venue doesn't have a kitchen. Is that a problem? No. We bring a complete on-site kitchen when needed. It's one of the things we do best.

Can you work with our planner? We prefer it. Planners are our closest collaborators, and many of our weddings come to us through them.

Do you handle bar service and rentals? Yes — scope varies by wedding, and we'll be straightforward in your proposal about what we provide directly and what we coordinate.
