Chef Manny Baiden
Born and raised in Ghana, Chef Manny brings a rich and diverse culinary background to the Richmond food scene, blending modern techniques with vibrant West African influences.

Manny holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from James Madison University. His travels and insatiable curiosity have inspired him to create a cuisine that is fresh, seasonal, sensory, and boundless.

Throughout his career, Chef Manny has worked and interned with various restaurants in the Harrisonburg community. He deepened his wine knowledge through a rigorous course in Napa Valley, California, which included a tour of the 3-star Michelin restaurant, French Laundry. In 2016, he worked at Keswick Hall and Golf Club in Charlottesville, VA, a Five Star Forbes-rated establishment, gaining comprehensive experience in both front and back-of-house operations.

Now based in Richmond, VA, Chef Manny is a sought-after private chef for weddings and private dining. He has made several appearances on CBS 6's "Virginia This Morning" and has collaborated with esteemed clients and partners such as The Martin Agency, Cangshan Cutlery, World Pediatric Project, Regalis Foods, LAFCO, and more.
