• Manny helped me host a fundraiser in our home for one of Richmond's nonprofits benefiting children. He was professional, kind, and easy to work with, and his food was elegantly plated, sophisticated and delicious. I asked for fresh, lite fare and he delivered with a seasonal menu including a beautiful pea tart, perfectly cooked white fish, and a lovely fruit dessert with the very best raspberry sorbet. Each course was prepared thoughtfully with interesting flavors and spices. In addition, he was happy to pair wines with each course. We loved having him cook for us in our home and hope we can have him again soon!

  • We had Manny host a 20-person dinner party at our home and the man absolutely crushed it. He worked with us in the weeks leading up to the event to dial in the menu...3 passed apps, a 3-course plated dinner followed by a passed dessert. Every bite was exceptional, our favs being mini duck tacos and a melt-in-your-mouth short rib. He is a chef's chef and a consummate professional. Can't wait to have him and his team back!!

  • Manny and his team provided an evening that felt both seamlessly orchestrated yet relaxed. They filled the house with delicious aromas while quietly and expertly preparing food on sight. The servers smiled all evening as they passed beautifully presented trays with mouth watering, bite size hors d'oeuvres. From ensuring my glass was always full to knowing when to light candles on the cake, they anticipated every need. All of a sudden, they had disappeared, leaving the last guests and me to enjoy a clean kitchen and a second round of feasting (now on my own platters). My only complaint... I need another reason to hire them again and soon!

The multi-course dinner and appetizers that you provided for me and my guests were PERFECTION! Each dish was top quality, extremely tasteful, and beautifully presented!! Chef Manny went above and beyond with the cuisine, planning, presentation, COVID-19 safety, and professionalism!!! Chef Manny also had a wonderful assistant that accompanied him and did an amazing job with serving and cleaning. The kitchen was completely SPOTLESS after the event and I didn't have to do anything.
