Service Description

Chef Manny will create exquisite dishes using only the best ingredients. The custom menus are curated around the changing seasons, reflecting the finest produce that the Richmond has to offer. Chef Manny looks forward to providing you with memorable dishes for your special event, either in your home or any location you choose. -Weddings -Custom Brunch, Lunch, and Dinner Menus -Tray Passed Hors d’oeuvres, Stationary Buffets, Plated Entrées - Custom Gourmet Platters: Cheese & Charcuterie, Sandwiches, Crudité -Corporate Drop Offs A non refundable $50 fee is required to set up a discovery session via phone or email. This amount will be credited to your final invoice.

Cancellation Policy

Except for emergencies and service adjustments, cancellations for cooking classes and meal prep clients are expected 48 hrs prior to your scheduled cook date. For private events, cancellations are expected 72 hours in advance. All cancellations made with less than the amount of notice required are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of your service fee. Grocery deposits will be refunded if I have not purchased groceries on your behalf for the cook date being cancelled.
