About the event

A 4-course dinner illustrating the influence of African food on modern day cooking. Through the transatlantic slave trade 400 years ago, West Africans travelled the world bringing various foods and cooking techniques with them. Most of these have now been adopted by various chefs around the world. During this event you will learn through food how similar flavors have influenced modern day cooking.
